Derpy Hooves/Ditzy Doo in Rainbow Dash's colors. You know, for a while I thought Derpy was just a recolored Dash but there are a few differences in their designs.

For example, Derpy's eyes are usually shown as a single gradient without the glare and shading ponies like Rarity or Pinkie Pie have in their eyes.

Also, Derpy has flatter/less puffy/bouncy hair than Dash and it's slightly thinner.
